Outdoor Thrill Camp – Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Outdoor Thrill Camp, we strive to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a booking.

1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • All confirmed bookings are non-refundable.

  • If a guest cancels at any time before check-in, no refund will be issued.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in time are also non-refundable.

2. Booking Rescheduling (Postponement)

  • Guests may request to reschedule their booking if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time, subject to availability and management approval.

  • Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of check-in or on the day of check-in will not be accepted.

  • Any approved rescheduling may be allowed only once and may be subject to revised rates, date restrictions, or package differences.

3. Peak Season & Special Event Bookings

The following are considered Peak Season Bookings:

  • Valentine’s Day

  • Christmas

  • New Year’s Eve

  • Long Weekends

  • Public Holidays

  • Festival Special Packages

  • Any other dates officially designated as Peak Season by Outdoor Thrill Camp

For all Peak Season bookings:

  • Bookings made for Peak Season dates are non-refundable.

  • Regular (non-peak) bookings cannot be transferred or rescheduled to Peak Season or Festival dates at the original booking price.

  • Any permitted changes, if approved, will be subject to the prevailing package rates and availability.

4. Weather & Natural Conditions

Camping is an outdoor adventure experience. Bookings will not be refunded or rescheduled due to weather conditions, including rain, wind, or other natural circumstances. Refunds or alternative arrangements will only be provided if Outdoor Thrill Camp officially cancels the event due to safety concerns or unavoidable operational reasons.

5. Refund Processing

As bookings are non-refundable, no refund processing will apply. If a booking credit or other adjustment is approved by management, it will be communicated directly to the guest.
